Sports Training – High School and Middle School
We are chasing greatness! Athletes Acceleration offers an innovative approach to sports performance training. Our focus is on you, the athlete. At Athletes Acceleration, you will develop a strong, athletic foundation while attacking your individual goals. Our unique program includes movement training, flexibility & mobility work, linear and lateral speed development, acceleration, top speed and max velocity training, speed endurance, foot speed & agility, strength training, explosive power development, and conditioning, all in a fun environment.
We will get you Faster, Stronger, Better. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals so that you can chase greatness in your sport.
Sports training sessions are separated into high school and middle school group sessions with high school sessions lasting for 75 minutes and middle school sessions lasting 60 minutes.
