Patrick Beith is the Owner and Founder of Athletes Acceleration.

Coach Beith holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts, was a Division 1 Track & Field Sprinter, and holds numerous certifications in Sports Performance.

Coming out of college he ran the the largest personal training department in Boston. But his love for athletics took him away from personal training and into coaching. Being a track sprinter in college, his passion was in speed training & athlete development. As a performance coach, his concepts and products have helped thousands of athletes & coaches around the world. As a high school track coach, he is lucky enough to help develop youth athletes.

From athletic development to fitness business development – consulting, lecturing and teaching – he always strives to help each client achieve their goal and to reach their full potential.

Pat Livesey Jr. is the Director of Sports Performance at Athletes Acceleration North Attleboro.

Coach Pat comes to Athletes Acceleration from Reach Your Potential Training (RYPT) in Tinton Falls, NJ where he was the Adult RYPT Coordinator & Sports Performance Coach for 3 years. Coach Livesey earned a degree in Exercise Science from University of Louisville and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Performance & Injury Prevention from California University of PA.

Coach Livesey was a two-sport athlete and eight-time Varsity Letter winner during his high-school career at Montclair Kimberley Academy in Montclair, NJ. As the Captain of the Football and Baseball teams his senior year he led the baseball team to a Prep B State Championship and Non-Public B North State Championship.

After graduating he worked as an intern for Seton Hall University Strength and Conditioning (Winter 2015) and at RYPT (Spring-Summer 2015).

Andy Sherman is a Sports Performance Coach at Athletes Acceleration North Attleboro.

Andy joins us following successful coaching stints at the collegiate and private sector levels. His coaching, education, and background are all exceptional. He’s worked with everyone from elite professionals through the general population and his education and credentialing are top notch. Andy worked at the University of Rhode Island and the Athletics Lab Sports Performance Center in North Carolina.

Andy has his Masters of Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (magna cum laude) from the University of Rhode Island.

He is recognized by:

Andy was the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the University of Rhode Island Men’s Ice Hockey Team, as well as a Strength Coach for Prentiss Hockey Performance Team.

Jordan Mccomb comes to Athlete’s Acceleration fresh off her senior year at Lasell University, where she graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in May 2020. She has started her Master’s Degree at Lasell.

Having grown up down the street in Cumberland, RI, Jordan attended Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket. She lettered in three different sports (volleyball, ice hockey and lacrosse), all for which was named an all-division player. Her senior year, she captained all three programs, having served as captain for the ice hockey team her junior year as well. Jordan was chosen as the Rhode Island Girls Hockey Player of the year, as well as Rhode Island’s Female Athlete of the year in 2015. She was also named Mount Saint Charles female athlete of the year that same year.

While playing for the Lasell University women’s lacrosse team, McComb was a three-time captain. She ranks in the top ten in nearly every statistical category of the Lasell women’s lacrosse record book, sitting at seventh in points, seventh in goals, sixth in draw controls, sixth in ground balls, and fourth in forced turnovers. She won a Great Northeast Athletic Conference championship in 2016, is a 3-time all conference selection and was chosen as GNAC Midfielder of the year in 2019.

She has experience working with athletes at Babson College, and a slew of lacrosse teams in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Coach Jordan is a Certified Sports Performance Coach (CSPC) from the National Sports Performance Association (NSPA), a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC Level 1) from Mike Boyle’s Certified Functional Strength Coach, and a Certified USA Hockey Coach.

McKenzie Meehan graduated from Boston College in 2016 with a Master’s in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Economics. She was a three time captain for the women’s soccer team in the Atlantic Coast Conference. She was named an All-American, All-Region, 1st team All-ACC, and Eagle of the Year throughout her career. She now holds the program record for the most career points, most career goals, and most goals in a single season.

Meehan was then selected 34th overall by the Sky Blue Football Club in New Jersey in the 2017 NWSL Draft. She went on to play for Sky Blue FC for the 2017, 2018 and half of the 2019 season before being traded to North Carolina Courage of Raleigh, NC. The Courage were finalists in the 2019 International Champions Cup and won the 2019 NWSL Shield and 2019 NWSL Championship.

McKenzie also has experience playing for the US Youth National Team. She was first called into the U-18 Women’s Youth National Team, and then the U-20 and U-23 age groups. With the U-20 team, she participated in the 2014 CONCACAF Championships in the Cayman Islands where she earned the Golden Boot en route to the team winning the gold medal. She was also named the the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Canada during the summer of 2014. She later played for the U-23 team in England where the team won the U-23 Nordic Cup.

McKenzie is originally from Glocester, RI and attended LaSalle Academy. She was named a 2x All-American, a 3x All-Region, and a 3x First team All-State member on the soccer team. She also earned the RI State Gatorade Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011. The team won 4 State Championships during her time there. Meehan also played basketball for two high school seasons before transitioning to indoor track. She earned numerous accolades for mid to long distance events, including being the 2012 State Champion in the 1000 meter.
