COMPLETE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Youth Training – Ages 7-10 years old
Along with our High School and Middle School programs, we are now adding back our youth sports training group, our Complete Athletic Development (Ages 7-10) group.
The purpose of this group is to introduce participants to a wide spectrum of exercise stimulus that aids in the natural development of coordination habits.
Athletes’ Acceleration Coaches utilize the principle of ‘Outcome-Based Coaching’, which allows young children to learn the physical skills of exercise through an experimental and self-discovery based means.Our model is based on young participants establishing ‘athletic intelligence’ through a carefully planned programming structure that allows them to learn and comprehend both simple and complex motor skills via explorative play.
The Complete Athletic Development program also includes an educational portion within which Athletes Acceleration Coaches breakdown and instruct participants on specific aspects of exercise execution.
This transitional phase allows young participants to bridge the gap from a play model of fitness to a more programmatic structured version. The young athletes are still going through warm-up, jump training, speed training, lateral speed & agility, strength training and conditioning, but in a safe, systematic way.
Youth (ages 7-10) sessions are 45 minutes. We can only have a limited number of athletes per group, once the group time slot fills up, that’s it; we can’t add more athletes for that time.

1x/Week - Mon, Tue, and/or Wed (monthly)
- Breaks down to less than $15 a session
- Only 10 Athletes Per Group
- 45 Minute Sessions. Group runs from 4:15 – 5pm and 5:15-6pm
- 1 Sessions Per Week – Choose Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday
- RECURRING MONTHLY PROGRAM (cancel anytime)

- JOIN ANY SCHEDULED YOUTH SESSION
- Only 10 Athletes Per Group – As long as group is not full you are able to drop-in
- 45 Minute Sessions. Group runs from 4:15 – 5pm and 5:15-6pm
- PAY PER SESSION ATTENDING
- Choose One Day: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday
