JUNE TRAINING SCHEDULE

We Have Adapted The Way We Are Offering Training For The Month Of June!

Virtual Training Packages for June – will get you Faster, Stronger, Better. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals so that you can chase greatness in your sport!

You can choose between these 3 June training packages:

WHITE TRAINING PACKAGE: $59

Includes UNLIMITED Zoom Virtual Training for the month. Zoom Virtual Training calls will be held Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 2:30 unless otherwise noted. Training will be 45 minutes per session with limited equipment.

BLACK TRAINING PACKAGE: $99

Includes a 4 week Personalized Training Program available with tutorial videos and explanations for each exercise. Training Program is made after a 1-on-1 meeting with your coach to determine the available equipment that you have and training goals.

RED TRAINING PACKAGE: $129

Includes BOTH 4-week Personalized Training Program & Zoom Virtual Training Sessions 3 times per week for the month of June.

Notes About The Programs:

Personalize Training :

To make sure each athlete is able to complete their personalized training program, they will need to complete a 1-on-1 Zoom Call to go over personal goals, equipment available, and any injury/medical history that needs to be addressed. Training programs will be made available through our membership of TeamBuildr where progress, weights, and questions can be answered for each exercise.

ZOOM Virtual Training:

Training is for all age groups and skill levels. We will be hosting class times on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 2:30pm unless otherwise noted. If class size gets large, we will begin to offer multiple time slots to give each athlete true coaching attention. Equipment will be limited but small weights and bands will be highly recommended. We are happy to recommend certain bands and equipment through our sponsor Perform Better.

TEAM TRAINING:

We have had several inquiries about travel & AAU organizations requesting private training for their team. At this time we are opening our availability to this. If you, your coach, your team are interested in getting personalized programs through either ZOOM training or Training Programs, please reach out to us so we can organize.
