SUMMER SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
College/Pre-College, High School, and Middle School
We are chasing greatness! Athletes Acceleration offers an innovative approach to sports performance training program with our new summer training groups. Our focus is on you, the athlete. At Athletes Acceleration, you will develop a strong, athletic foundation while attacking your individual goals. Our unique program includes movement training, flexibility & mobility work, linear and lateral speed development, acceleration, top speed and max velocity training, speed endurance, foot speed & agility, strength training, explosive power development, and conditioning, all in a fun environment.
This summer sports performance training will get you Faster, Stronger, Better for your sport. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals so that you can chase greatness in your sport.
You can choose a 10 Session, 20 Session, or 30 Session Package. A 10 Session package is good for those who want to train 1x a week for the summer or can’t train the full summer (example: 2x a week for 5 weeks). 20 Session Package is good for those who want to train 2x/week for the summer. 30 Session Package is great for those who want to train 3x/week for the summer. Sessions expire at the end of the season on Aug. 25th.
Training sessions are separated into college, high school, and middle school group sessions with sessions lasting 60 minutes. We can only have a limited number athletes per group, once the group time slot fills up, that’s it we can’t add more athletes for that time. As groups fill, we may be opening more times.
