PRE SEASON TRAINING
As the fall season is winding down, it’s time to get ready for the winter sports season.
Join us for a 4-week Pre-Season Sports Performance Training Program. Sessions will be 2x a week (Tuesday & Thursday), each session is 60 minutes and will start Tuesday Oct. 27th end on Nov. 24th. Group size is limited to only 8 athletes.
During pre-season training, you will develop a strong athletic foundation while attacking your individual goals. Our unique program includes movement training, flexibility & mobility work, linear and lateral speed development, acceleration, top speed and max velocity training, speed endurance, foot speed & agility, strength training, explosive power development, and conditioning, all in a fun environment during this camp.
These fall pre-season sports performance training sessions will get you Faster, Stronger, Better for your sport. It’s time to get in great shape, just in time for winter!
