Sports Performance Training

This fall season we are offering a package of 10 training sessions. You can use these sessions throughout the fall season. This is perfect if you are in-season and aren’t able to come multiple times a week.

You will be able to come in train during any of the meeting times of the High School or Middle School groups (depending on your grade level).
