SPRING SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

College, High School, Middle School, and Youth

Athletes Acceleration offers an innovative approach to sports performance training program. Our focus is on you, the athlete. At Athletes Acceleration, you will develop a strong, athletic foundation while attacking your individual goals. Our unique program includes movement training, flexibility & mobility work, linear and lateral speed development, acceleration, top speed and max velocity training, speed endurance, foot speed & agility, strength training, explosive power development, and conditioning, all in a fun environment during this camp.

This winter sports performance training sessions will get you Faster, Stronger, and Better for your sport. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals so that you can chase greatness in your sport.

Training sessions are separated into college, high school, and middle school group sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. Youth (ages 7-10) sessions are 45 minutes. We can only have a limited number of athletes per group, once the group time slot fills up, that’s it; we can’t add more athletes for that time.

Athlete Assessment

Each athlete that registers for training this spring will get a full athlete assessment the week of March 15th.

The athlete’s screen is the athlete’s introduction to the coaches, physical therapists, facility, and season of training. During the assessment each athlete will be tested on a variety of movements and exercises to better help coaches plan how to make them better, stronger, faster athletes. It is important for athletes to recognize their weaknesses and strive to improve them. Not only will this serve as a testing day, it will help the coaches and Physical Therapists work to reduce athlete’s risk of injury. Athletes will get a chance to talk 1 on 1 with the coaches to learn about their weaknesses and get customized exercises to work on at home so that when they enter the gym, they are ready to train. Parents are welcome to watch the assessment and will be able to discuss results with the coach and physical therapist following the assessment.

* With the uncertainty of all winter sports schedules and even school schedules, we’ve decided on the following policy:

If it turns out your athlete can’t make their scheduled sports performance sessions they signed up for due to a scheduling conflict, you can receive a full refund. Refund is guaranteed until Nov. 30th. After this date we will do the best we can with rescheduling, etc., but we can’t make any guarantees.

If it does turn out that you do need to cancel winter training or would like to try to switch days, we appreciate you letting us know ASAP.
