Sports Training – High School and Middle School

We are chasing greatness! Athletes Acceleration offers an innovative approach to sports performance training. Our focus is on you, the athlete. At Athletes Acceleration, you will develop a strong, athletic foundation while attacking your individual goals. Our unique program includes movement training, flexibility & mobility work, linear and lateral speed development, acceleration, top speed and max velocity training, speed endurance, foot speed & agility, strength training, explosive power development, and conditioning, all in a fun environment.

We will get you Faster, Stronger, Better. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals so that you can chase greatness in your sport.

Sports training sessions are separated into high school and middle school group sessions with high school sessions lasting for 75 minutes and middle school sessions lasting 60 minutes.

College Sports Performance Training Sessions are designed for college athletes on Winter Break. In the 75 minute sessions you will be working on flexibility/mobility, power, speed (acceleration and top speed), lateral speed & agility, strength and conditioning. Perfect for college athletes that not only want to stay in shape, but to get faster, stronger and in better condition while they are home on break.

Adult Training

At Athletes Acceleration, our adults are trained in PBT. PBT is Performance Based Training. This is where we are taking participants through an athletic or performance based session. As we get older, we see a loss in strength and power, as well as a decrease in our reaction time, speed, and mobility.

This training is designed to get you can moving and feeling better in your everyday life (improve your everyday performance). Our adult training sessions are challenging, fun, safe, and done in a positive environment so that you can reach your fitness goals. Adult training sessions are 60 minutes long.
