6 WEEK TRAINING
This summer sports performance training will get you Faster, Stronger, Better for your sport. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals so that you can chase greatness in your sport.
For those athletes who can only get in 6 weeks of training this summer, this is set up for you.
Training sessions are separated into high school, and middle school group sessions with sessions lasting 60 minutes. We can only have a limited number athletes per group, once the group time slot fills up, that’s it we can’t add more athletes for that time. As groups fill, we may be opening more times.
